Sun Tamers "Car of the Month"

Here is a true story about a local dealers experience getting window tinting done for a high end client.
We have always taken our cars to Sun Tamers for our clients. We had a momentary laps of judgement and someone said, "Bring it to another shop. It's $20 cheaper!" We brought it to another shop and the other shop had a hard time doing the car and tried to pass off a substandard tint job to us. When we mentioned to the owner of the other shop we had some issues, instead of handling it professionally, they told us, "That is how it is and if you don't like it, get out of our shop!" We put our tails between our legs and called Frank at Sun Tamers.
We got a friendly voice at his office, who explained he was off at a birthday party. So, we left a message. Within 5 minutes, Frank returned our phone call. We explained to him the situation and told him we needed to fix it today. He was already booked all day, but he said, "Bring it in anyways and we will get it done."
We showed up at his shop and were telling the story to his assistant. The next thing we know, Frank walks in the door. We looked over the car and came to the conclusion that the job could have been fixed to 80%, but elected to have it done right. He even offered to call the other shop and try to negotiate a solution for us. We kindly declined and said to just fix it, and he did.
So, the moral of our story is, "Don't try to save $20 at a cheaper shop. There is a reason why it is cheaper, product, service or installation. You always get what you pay for and with Sun Tamers, you get the BEST service and installation we have ever seen. I mean, come on, who leaves a birthday party on a Saturday to help you after you messed up by going to another shop!?!? I'll tell you who, Sun Tamers!
Don't go anywhere else with your car!!!
